I agree to request a reservation and/or stay at the GambierLoft guesthouse.  In so doing, I irrevocably and unconditionally release and hold harmless the GambierLoft guesthouse,  its owners, agents and other guests,  from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any nature, whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, relating to or arising in any way from my participation at the GambierLoft.

I understand that attending a facility in the country may involve participation in physical activities both indoors and outdoors,  with possible exposure to wildlife.  With these and all related activities, there is an element of risk.  By reserving the GambierLoft guesthouse,  I acknowledge that this participation is undertaken at my own risk and I assume all responsibilities for any and all aspects of these activities,  for myself and any accompanying guests and children.  This waiver applies to all activities I participate in at the GambierLoft guesthouse.

I understand that this Waiver and Release from Liability irrevocably and unconditionally releases and holds harmless the owners, managers, agents and families of the GambierLoft guesthouse from any financial liability, bodily harm, sickness, illness, loss of life or limb that I or accompanying guests may suffer from staying at the GambierLoft guesthouse; and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to or arising from, in any way, my stay at the GambierLoft guesthouse.

I have read this Waiver and Release from Liability and understand all its terms;  I have executed it voluntarily with full knowledge of its significance and intend to be legally bound by it.
